These rooftop saunas are lovely. They are individual huts/cubicles with an adjacent shower along with a place to hang your belongings. I didn't try the dip pools, as I only had 30 mins, but hope to try them next time. The view accross London whilst in your sauna is beautiful and you can see very far on a clear day.
