Great customer service and really pleased with quality, items, care and overall experience. I love all the little touches of packaging.
There was a slight issue with my order initially but I heard back really quickly, with the missing items sent straight out. I received them really quickly. Things happen but I love businesses/individuals that are reliable, trustworthy and helpful. It makes all the difference when ordering as I know when ordering if things go wrong it’s okay as will be rectified.
