Hi there. Myself and my wife both love your cards but unfortunately when I bought my wife her birthday card this year the card was bent I'm guessing by the postman forcing it through our letter box. I know this isn't directly your fault but unfortunately it was too late to order a replacement. The other small gripe I have is by putting a Rosie Made a Thing sticker on the envelope it kind of spoils the element of suprise if the person who you're buying the card for is the one that collects the post. Just to reiterate that we do love your cards and this won't stop me from buying them but I'll probably have to purchase them from a shop instead which is unfortunate as you obviously have a much better selection on your website.
