Rosie Made a Thing made me happy today with their top notch customer service.
My order was despatched quickly by First Class Royal Mail. A week later I was still waiting for it to arrive so I called Rosie Made A Thing who immediately suggested they send out a replacement. Of course that very same day the original order arrived so I called back and hopefully they managed to retrieve the second one! All to say…things happen but it’s how a company responds when they do that matters. Oh and the card was perfect 🙂
