These did the job.
Two heavy levers are used to unlatch and move tiered collapsible seating in a small theatre. There was a need to make these easier to move and position and prevent scratching the theatre floor.
8mm bar as an axle, secured with spring washers, a bit of wobble left intentionally which assists manoeuvrability.
