The delivery of goods was of a good and high standard, but, to return the goods & subsequent refunding of money needs a review. It requires to be made quite clear how the return of money, is to be repaid, in my case, it appeared that a credit note was the only option, but on a telephone call on my behalf, and a further mail from Ross, it was eventually resolved, and the money refunded to my account. If it had not been for the refund I would have ticked "Very Good"
