I had a terrible experience with rotom , payed their exorbitant delivery fee which was more than the cost of the pallets ,cthe pallets arrive ( nicely on time , but) in a terrible condition , and broken , unsuitable for the purpose I had in mind , so I call them up for a refund / , they say leave us an email , which they don't answer , and no one is picking up , so I can't get my refund now . So basically I feel like I've been robbed .
