The communication during the claim was very poor. Nobody kept me updated or let me know when my phone had been recieved nor when it would return. I had to call and chase, was told will get an email update and never did. Phone just turned up one day.
The screen was fixed to an okay standard, every now and again it will black out or glitch which it has never done before. It also has gone fuzzy a few times but that has stopped now. I am glad my phone is no longer smashed but overall it would been much better to pay £40 and get it fixed in a shopping mall.
