Yes they are cheap but when you need to claim, they make you pay off the whole policy plus £75 excess, for which you can easily buy a second hand phone. They never call you back, even who you are promised when you call every day off you have for weeks, & the particular person who can deal with your query isnt currently available....
Swear I have wasted weeks of my life with them and my phone still isnt working properly (recurrent problem)
