I had rented a scooter from Royal brothers and after making a booking i tried to upload my international driving licence and adhaar card. I also called the agent to confirm my booking. He informed me that i needed an international driving licence which i did not have for which he offered to cancel by booking by offering me 37% of the money back. I informed him that i had just made the booking and he was still charging me the cancelation fee for less than 6 hours, even though i did not have any other choice but they said they cant do anything about it. I am very disappointed in their service and ability to accommodate this situation
