Service from RPM has been excellent - very prompt at looking at the car, advising on what needs to be done (and what doesn't need to be done) and working out a plan. Emails were promptly answered and all communications were polite and helpful, even when I surprised them collecting it at short notice.
The new exhaust they advised on fitting is also brilliant fun!
