I made an appointment nice and easy and met Lucy in sales. Lucy had arranged for me to be picked up at Cheddington train station as I was travelling from London without a vehicle. She gave me a tour of the site. We test drove the vehicle and went through the extensive vehicle history. Lucy was very helpful. The vehicle came with a six month warranty. On the second day of having the vehicle the drivers seat belt locked and was stuck. I contacted RPM and returned the vehicle to them, they fitted a new belt all in an hour and a half. All fixed under warranty with no quibbles. The only frustrating part of dealing with RPM is that I wanted to speak with Graig in the work shop about the seat belt but the only contact was by E-Mail. This can be annoying and frustrating. Overall happy though.
