The repair the car was booked in for could not be completed, due to wear and tear and age of the car, however I was told you had spent significantly more time on the job than you could feasibly have spent. Although I was told I wasn't going to be charged all the hours it was claimed were spent it was still more than I felt it could have taken to not complete the job. I did agree to pay for 2 hours labour and the part which I though was a much more realistic amount.
