I ordered a tumbler and a gift card to collect in the Selby store. The order was ready to collect the next day. When I went to the shop, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had never been to R & R before and was buying a gift for a friend, the shop looked well presented and I intend to go back again and have a proper look around the shop.
