R&R have been great from my initial order (I ordered the wrong size) to receiving the replacement.
In the replacement they also sent a little dog treat which was a really nice touch!
The only slight downside is that it has cost me more in courier charges than the collar cost due to paying for delivery twice and also paying to return. When I emailed to ask if anything could be done, I sadly did not get a response.
