Made an order, but then wanted to add to it but obviously didn’t want to pay 2x delivery. Called and expected the usual ‘we’re experiencing more calls than normal’ nonsense and long wait, but pretty much got straight through to a helpful person who suggested it was best to cancel then reorder. They were on the ball, so I had confidence to do just that (not like other experiences where you suspect you’ll just duplicate an order!). The reordered products turned up quickly and as hoped for. A very good Christmas order experience - thank you.
