I bought a hat over the internet but it could not be delivered as I live in Denmark. I am visiting the UK in July & asked R&R to put the hat to one side & i would collect it from the store in July. this they agreed to do, so i happily paid for the said item. my point here is, from seeing the required hat to R&R actually letting me know they had put the hat to one side for me to collect in July took just a few e mails & each time I mailed them they replied within minutes ? FANTASTIC SERVICE........... I bought a similar hat from the store 15 years ago & if the new one is anything like the one i bought all that time ago I will be more than happy.
