From the moment I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the phone call, I had a very good 1st impression of R&R Country! I asked about the boots I was interested in and was given all the information I was needed as well as how the international shipping would work and how long it would take. And everything went as planned. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the boots and I only have words of praise for the customer service I received
