Easy ordering and quick delivery. Staff are very helpful. I ordered a rug online and a day later realised I ordered the wrong size. I called them up, they called the other store it was coming, then called me back within 10 mins to let me know it was in stock and swapped over. I’m ordering all my winter rugs from them. Two done.. four to go :-)
