bought a 100 gram turnout rug with detachable neck & was given an estimated delivery of 5 to 8 days. Much to my surprise & delight it arrived next day, its a lovely quality rug for the price & it was packaged so well.
This is the first time I've shopped online with R&R and it has been a very good & positive experience, their customer service is absolutely second to none
