I placed an online order for a new Monarch saddle on a Monday then decided I needed new stirrups on the Tuesday so I called R and R to see if i could get them added to my order. The lady I spoke to was really friendly and helpful . Wednesday my new saddle and leathers arrived. Very speedy turn around from order to delivery.
I particularly like the option of the interest free payment plan which I took advantage of - not everyone has the money to buy a new saddle outright so this was peace of mind.
