Super helpful and lovely people! Came in for a new jacket and some f&f boots, they had a power cut and no lights or card payments. They got out a few pairs of boots even while it was dark so that I could get the right size, and went out their way so I could purchase even without the card machines on. Amazing staff definitely be going again.
