R&R always package and deliver items very quickly. The stores (online and in-store) are well stocked with a good choice of brands. An online delivery comes with a bag of very tasty sweets! The only thing I would say is that they are not always competitively priced with other stores, so sometimes you can get the same item for a significantly reduced price if you shop elsewhere. This particular order arrived within 48 hours (on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend!) when I was expecting it to arrive the following week which is always a pleasant surprise. The only comment I will make is that I ordered two sheepskin saddle savers which were not packaged in individual wrapping (i.e. just placed within the cardboard box). Upon delivery there was slight damage to the box and if the weather was poor or something were to happen during transit the items could have been damaged. Thankfully they weren't but maybe a point to consider for future orders!
