The staff have always been so helpful and efficient every time that I have bought things from R&R. I asked when some items would be back in stock, they ordered them in for me within two days and then held them for a week. They then pushed them through for next day delivery even though I was late ordering on a Thursday so as my horses had lightweight fly rugs for the heatwave. Such a great company!
