Hi - first order with company. Sadly went wrong, the wrong item was delivered, which I don’t tend to experience often. Contacted the info team, who were very helpful and efficient. Wrong item collected and new delivery booked for correct item, however, received an email saying it would be delivered by DPD today and no delivery. DPD says they don’t have the package yet.
Overall disappointing, would rate lower however info team were great, just a shame for first error, it happens, but update on new delivery also failed.
So customer service not great, people very helpful.
