The item purchased on line a voyage highland cows head made of wicker was crushed and when I made contact with R&R they refused to accept it was damaged.
They advised me all the heads on receipt from Voyage had to have the wicker straightened but this is impossible when it’s crushed and snapped.
Extremely poor customer service.
