The ladies I spoke to on the phone with regards to a garment sizing were extremely helpful and professional and I managed to purchase the item that I required.
However when the item was delivered it was very shop soiled so I was very disappointed, however when I then spoke to another lady about the issue it was rectified immediately. So extremely good service and was only let down by the actual product...
