The whole online shopping experience is hassle free. Ordering is simple. The delivery however, left a lot to be desired. The courier allegedly "tried to deliver" but claimed nobody was available. Someone was in all day at my address (an adult). As was my neighbour whom I use as an alternative address. It was redirected to my local drop off who "refused to take"??? It finally arrived a week later. The outer packaging was quite damaged, the contents thanfully were all intact. N.B. This has no reflection in R and R whatsoever, as their part of the service was first rate
