I purchased a bridle online that did not fit. I visited the store to exchange it if you had one available. I was happy to see you had a larger one so exchanged it. This is a major investment and your tack lady upstairs was so knowledgeable and kind. She spent a long time explaining how to fit the bridle and giving me ideas to purchase separate components to make a bespoke bridle if this one does not fit. 10 out of 10 service thank you.
