I use r&r quite a lot and spend a lot of money buying supplies for our horses. recently we started to use there online store to have our supplies delivered to our door, the last parcel have two bottles of hove oil in with other items and the box had been damaged in transit leaving it dripping with liquid covering everything in the box and my door step ! I photographed the box on my door step and opened the top of the box and photographed the inside, I’ve sent the pictures to r&r asking for refund or replacement of the goods. I’m not having much luck getting a refund or replacement. I will not be using r&r anymore for this reason.
