The customer service was excellent and very friendly. My order (a dressage saddle) was processed very quickly and was delivered within 2 days. Although, the picture of the saddle on their website was of the old design, and the saddle I received was of the new design (different shaped surface knee blocks) it wasn't a problem for me.
