When I wanted to add to my already placed order i asked someone to ring me and they did! Adding to the order was no problem, I didn’t have to cancel the order and place it again or make an additional order and foot the bill of extra postage. So refreshing to rediscover real customer service when for most retailers it’s clearly died a death. Thank you and don’t stop!
