Website easy to negotiate. Boots arrived the next day. Unfortunately the boots were a size 8 in a size 4 box. On phoning the company they were apologetic and arranged for the boots to be collected the next day.
However, I have not yet received a replacement pair of boots, hopefully I will receive them soon
