Delightful and friendly staff who oversee a vast display of all things equestrian, as well as other animals and country sports. I really enjoy it as a shopping experience- especially at sale time (although I less enjoy the closure of the trying on facility at busy sale times, as the return rules do not allow you cash on a return item but solely a credit note ..... if you’d been able to try on at the time of purchase you would have known if it had fitted!). I’m quite glad I live a fair distance away - there would be more temptation to visit if you were nearer!
