I ordered a reflective dog coat but it was far to big for my dog. After contacting my closest store (Melton Mowbray) which is about an hours drive. They had saved the correct size I wanted. When I went to collect the new size and make an exchange everything was ready and waiting for me. Such an easy exchange and all staff were amazing in store and over email! 100% will be returning and couldn’t recommend yourselves enough! Quality of the coat is brilliant and amazing price!
