Delivery was quick and the Dublin boots were great quality and comfortable but not suitable for my 12yo daughters narrow calves (yard work, lots of straw). R&R took the return and paid back very quickly. By luck we had some other boots from somewhere else with the same problem (think HH) and their response has been glacial by comparison. BTW we don't make a habit of returning - this series of events was very unusual for us
