I purchased my new boots on line being lazy and not surprisingly they didn’t fit so I phoned the Selby shop, the staff were so helpful and put some boots to the side for me I went the next day (Saturday ) they figured my size out gave me some tips on how to bed them in etc but unfortunately didn’t have my size in store. There other shop had them so they arranged for them to be delivered and they arrived a day early Tuesday!! And perfect fit!! The staff in store are brilliant the shop it’s self is fantastic I think there product range is fantastic my whole experience was brilliant, I always use r&r but normally online I will be returning to the store.
