I had glanced over recent winter sale email and got my eye on the Ariat Keswick boots, by the time i thought i should treat myself they were gone, i telephoned the web number and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who was able to source me a pair that had been returned, I was sent txts and emails informing me of delivery and times, they arrive within 2 days and perfect fit, pleased i phoned and staff were so helpful, great customer service and products
