Ordered a bridle from r&r and the quality was utterly beautiful. It looked exactly like it did in the images and felt amazing, unfortunately it didn't fit so arranged collection of the original and ordered another, the lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted everything out for me quickly, will definitely be ordering more tack when needed!!!
