well. i have no faults- honestly the service, the delievery and even down to the packaging was all absolutely fantastic. everything was extremely well done- including their website being extremely simple to navigate, i found everything i needed. moreover- their prices are sooo good! i bought some freejump stirrups which i had seen around retailing for £300+... came onto r&r country and got them for £230. shipping was fast and very very good- i believe i received emails telling me when my delivery was arriving. 5* definitely for this company- am getting my own horse soon and so i will absolutely get everything i need from them. i hope when i am older (i am 14 now) i will have the opportunity to resent them as a company.
