They stocked the saddle I wanted and gave me lots of help and info with regards to that. I was able to collect it so I had it in time before the saddle fitter was coming. The staff was very helpful. They were concerned that the size of saddle (17.5") on my 14.2hh mare would be too big so I've added a pic of my mare in her new saddle... yes she has a long back lol. I've not used plaiting bands yet as using up old ones 1st.
