We bought some very expensive lustrolite acrylic shower panels from rubber duck. When they were being cut to size in preparation for installation, cracks appeared on the panel. We raised it with rubber duck who said it was an issue for the manufacturer to adjudicate on. The manufacturer said it was our user error, that we didn't cut it properly (not true). The manufacturer has refused to exchange, refund or replace the defective product. Rubber duck, as the supplier whom our contract is with, should be doing more to help us but in reality they've done nothing other than advising us to return the panels to the manufacturer at our expense. In short my advice is - don't buy from rubber duck, and don't get acrylic panels.
