First order was hassle free but made the mistake of ordering again. Didn't see the small print about import taxes on orders from France, UPS now wanting £30 to cover these charges. They should have made this clear in checkout. Very misleading. I now cannot contact them. Phone lines say they are closed although its 13:00 & email link doesn't work. No wonder they wanted to verify me before order went through but I foolishly believed they were a decent company based on my first order.
