I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. A local news service has recently contracted with Ruby Blu to allow pop up ads on their web page. Now every time I try to read the news I am bombarded with Ruby Blu pop up ads. My anti virus program usually blocks them and send me messages every few minutes that their web page is not safe. The only way I can stop the annoying notifications that come every time I read a news article is to never use that news page again.
