The posts were of great quality and exactly as described. What was outstanding though was the attentive and responsive customer service. I placed my order online during the Covid lockdown. I was a little cautious as I'd never ordered from Ruby Group before. I needn't have worried. Any minor hiccups were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the fantastic Nikki who I really can't praise enough. I have no hesitation in recommending Ruby Group!
