Total lack of customer service. Goods were ordered 5 Feb and delivery due date 11/02/22. Finally arrived today after chasing up with courier company myself despite leaving Rugs 4 Decor 2 voicemails, an email and message via FB. Clearly couldn't care less once they've got your money!
