Very speedy service and I'm very happy with my purchase, which is as described.
However, delivery was a little tricky. Very short notice of intended delivery date was given and I was unable to be there. A card was left and having gone online to say I would collect from a nearby town, I arrived at a (hard to find) depot to be told the rug was out for delivery. I then had to drag the rug from the porch up to my second floor flat without help. So, great rug, not so great delivery.
