I phoned to check the rug was in stock, which it wasn't, but the lady was very helpful and assured me it would be ordered that day and sent to me within 7 days. 2 day later I had an email saying the rug had been shipped and at 9.30am the next morning it was delivered. The overall experience of the Rugstore was excellent and as a bonus the rug is superb.
