Great service from start to finish. Rug was delivered on time and packaging was secure. I haven't opened the package yet as I'm waiting for the remainder of my furniture to arrive. I dealt with Wayne who was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions - both phone and e-mail.
Overall very satisfied with the service I received from RugsNE and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality rug at cheap prices.
