From the moment I placed an order with this company I received regular email updates about the progress of my order. The rug I had ordered was dispatched much sooner than I had expected and the tracking of the delivery was easy and accurate.
I was very pleased with the excellent quality of the rug and found it was exactly the same as their website picture (rare).
